from performer to composer
My journey as a composer has its roots in a lifetime immersed in music. Born into a family of musicians, I began studying at the age of five, developing an early connection with sound and artistic expression.
A first-class education with internationally renowned masters in viola performance and chamber music, together with a career as a quartet musician and performer, shaped my understanding of musical language, structure and emotional storytelling. These experiences naturally evolved into my compositional voice and my passion for creating original music for images, narratives and human emotions
an international performing career
My career as a violist and chamber musician has taken me to stages around the world, from major concert halls to festivals across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East.
Through collaborations with renowned ensembles, composers and musicians, and through my dedication to both classical and contemporary repertoire, I developed a deep understanding of sound, instrumental colour and musical communication — elements that continue to influence my work as a composer and orchestrator.

Ensemble Algoritmo evolved into Prometeo, retaining the same exceptional core of musicians while establishing its new base in Parma at Fondazione Prometeo, a landmark institution for contemporary music in Italy.
